  1. They gave me a month but I did it after about a week. They'll tell you how long you have when you make the return request. Keep in mind this is my experience from the UK and my product was either sold by Amazon or one of those "fulfilled by Amazon" items.
  2. Better part of a month. Might have been longer even. I just made the return request before a month of ownership.
  3. I've bought and used several products off Amazon (here in the UK and their "sold"/"dispatched" by Amazon products) and returned within a month. Late last year for example, I bought the blue switch K70. Towards the end of the month I bought the brown K70, decided almost instantly I preferred that and returned the blue K70 without issue.
  4. As an owner of a previous MotoG (original) my issue with all subsequent MotoG's is lack of upgrades as the years go by. The 2nd gen had lower pixel density (bigger screen), and a better camera with front facing speakers but that's it. This 3rd gen doesn't skimp out and have 2 separate models for LTE and non-LTE which is good but otherwise (the lower model) is pretty similar. IMHO, the lower end model shouldn't exist and the higher end (2gb model) should be the price of the current lower end. That and I think it should have a 1080p screen but that's a bonus... Maybe.. I'm undecided on that.
  5. Fairly indifferent to Edge but Chrome just integrates too well (and isn't so Bing dependent) for me to even consider switching.
  6. Gimp is pretty competent when you know how to use it.
  7. @OP Tried a reboot? Virus check? etc. Chrome isn't too bad past a threshold. I counted the tabs on my computer at one point and it had 70+ tabs and alongside Outlook, Eclipse and something else I forget, my comp was using like 6.5gb of ram.
  8. Had a coworker who owns a 4k tv and reckons 1080p content looks better on it. Whatever makes plebs feel like they've advanced in life I suppose...
  9. "Public" computers in the middle of a mall? Wut? Don't think I've heard of such a thing. That like computers at a library that anyone can use? Wow I forgot about that comment.. Was a good read.
  10. Looks pretty dope... Now if only I still played Skyrim....
  11. She punched an item in a store?... Did they force her to buy it afterwards? Disrespectful bitch deserves it..
  12. Thanks this was informative. I guess I'll hold off on the update as I planned for a month or so.
  13. I dunno if this counts but we had a new oven installed in our house. It took me all of 1 minute to figure out how the timer worked. My mum's managed to set it incorrectly 3 times in the < 1 week we've been using it.
  14. S6 is a much cleaner version of Touchwiz. LG's phones are about as bloated as your S4, maybe more. They're also bigger than your S4 which may not be to your liking.
  15. That's what I upgraded from (running stock). It served its purpose but the superior screen and hardware of the N7 is just so much better.
  16. Nexus 7 (2013) is what I have and no regrets. I've used it almost everyday since I got it.
  17. Thanks for the suggestion but as stated, the parts in red are being ripped from my current build to save money. That includes the gpu, storage and memory. That and the Fractal's design is just a pain for transporting around London.
  18. Thanks. I've added a couple of points. Do your opinions still stand even with those factors?
  19. CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (£169.28 @ Amazon UK) Motherboard: MSI H81I Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard (£50.99 @ Amazon UK) Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory (£49.07 @ Aria PC) Storage: Crucial BX100 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£65.15 @ Amazon UK) Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£32.40 @ Aria PC) Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card (£265.99 @ Aria PC) Case: Silverstone ML07B HTPC Case (£51.00 @ Scan.co.uk) Power Supply: Silverstone 500W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular SFX Power Supply (£67.80 @ Scan.co.uk) Total: £339.07 So I posted this towards the beginning of the year and there were no complaints. I'm actually at the time where I'll start buying stuff now so just want to make sure nothing's changed in terms of best value for money in regards to the cpu, case and mobo. I know Skylake's on the horizon. Ideally I'd like to purchase and build this month but if there's really something of better value to be released in Sept I guess I could wait. And to clarify - parts in red are being taken from my current build. EDIT: Big part of its use at uni will include programming (and emulation) and minor gaming. I won't be making any changes for ~3 years. Will be carried/based in London.
