Most laptops have a power savings feature to shut down drives that aren't in use. I recommend replacing the drive and disabling the feature.

Okay...I solved it...it was the biggest facepalm ever.

For some reason the Nvidia Experience set the resolution to 1366x768 144Hz...and I got 60Hz screen.

Then I've just realized that for some reason in the BIOS the Advanced Clock Calibration was disabled. So with enabling that (getting a quad core instead of a dual) and setting the proper resolution I get 80-120 FPS while playing on Ultra settings...

Thanks to all of you who were that kind and tried to help me I really appreciate it.
    Have a nice day!
