  1. 1. All in one needs no added water. 2. Ryzen 5 for youtube and streaming would work well. 3. I would go with 16 for the editing of youtube and streaming. 4. 1440p is good, more then that might be hard on your GPU depending on what your doing. 5. 1070, 1070ti, or vega seems like best to shoot for without breaking the bank
  2. You haven't stated what you want to do with this machine. So that will be a big deciding factor but most cases I would probably go with the I5
  3. I know silverstone makes something like what your looking for. not sure its what you ment https://www.amazon.com/Silverstone-Flexible-12-Inch-Light-LS01W/dp/B06XGS6V7J?th=1
  4. Silverstone's reputation is pretty good I would say is up there with the rest Rosewill I believe is NewEggs in house brand. I have used theirs before and I had no issues. Thermaltake personally I wouldn't use but thats personal preference I think.
  5. That parts list looks good, I would go with the 8GB version for sure
  6. That would be neat but those chips are a bit slow for rendering although the extra cores would be nice, and upgrade path is pretty much nothing. So not quite suitable. Thanks for the reply and video though. Definitely worth looking into server hardware more.
  7. I'm trying to have a dedicated render machine so I can continue to edit and such on my main rig. Also occasionally gaming while it renders
  8. Hello all, first time posting so hoping this works. I need help trying to figure out what parts I need for a render machine. I use all adobe software After Effects and Premier being the main ones. My current rig is I7 5820k, Asrock x99 ITX, 32GB Corsair Vengeance 2 x 16GB, EVGA 980ti Hybrid, Samsung 950 Pro 256GB M.2, Samsung 850 Pro x2 RAID 0, EVGA Super Nova 850 P2, all inside a Corsair Graphite 380T case. I'm wanting to make render box as small as possible and make it as fast without breaking the bank. I'm trying to figure out if I should cannibalize my current rig to use the Mobo and the CPU for the rendering box and getting skylake for the editing PC. I'm not sure how important GPU is for the render box as all research I can find gets me confused, some saying its important some saying its not. While I tested a After effects render and saw my CPU Pinned to 100% My GPU was sitting pretty at 5% although that could have just been a special case for that render. I'm completely at a loss for this and any help would be highly appreciated thank you.
