  1. I think I got the issue resolved by finding problem in Event Manager, even though I overlooked it multiple times: Faulting application name: cpudump.exe, version: 1.0.0.1, time stamp: 0x57cd3da5Faulting module name: MFCCPU.dll, version: 22.5.11.1, time stamp: 0x630f237aException code: 0xc0000005Fault offset: 0x0000403eFaulting process id: 0x0x3648Faulting application start time: 0x0x1DA0A41613EF4DEFaulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Gigabyte\EasyTuneEngineService\cpudump.exeFaulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Gigabyte\EasyTuneEngineService\MFCCPU.dllReport Id: 37e0bda8-2a0f-45f7-9ce8-65985b2e8c30Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID I uninstalled Gigabyte Easy Tune (make sure to use Geek uninstaller-it's free and deletes service which can cause crashes again if you delete using windows uninstaller), then had a crash caused by Wallpaper engine (first of that kind during few years of use) so I disabled that... Been running for 1 months approx without any crashes. Hopefully this helps someone
  2. Hello All, I have following PC setup https://pcpartpicker.com/user/b1gleo/saved/FjBxcf Or in short: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO Patriot Viper RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Samsung 860 Evo 2 TB ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1 TB M.2 Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB SilentiumPC SG1V EVO TG ARGB FSP Group Hydro G 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply Triplescreen setup 1x Alienware AW2518HF 24.5" 1920 x 1080 240 Hz 2x HP 25x Full-HD (1920 x 1080) 144 Hz 1 ms etc. And for some time now I'm trying to resolve this issue, I have problem with my PC freezing during gameplay as such (sorry for Croatian language at the beginning): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bRWyGV1ZvCfai1A5rztZkjopxo2WDH4v I've included event viewer logs for the issue. Only way of recovery is by pressing restart button. It does not produce BSOD, neither some logs for the time of this event, even event viewer doesn't give clear view to issue (as only critical error is regarding reboot using resetart button) What I did so far: - Cleaned up whole PC - Reapplied thermal paste to both CPU and GPU (Alphacool Apex 17W/mK) - All thermal pads are still in great condition - I've reinstalled and upgraded to Windows 11 - Got latest BIOS updates from Gigabyte (only mod is XMP on and 3600MHz set for RAM) - Got latest drivers for all the components - Disabled MPO - Monitored temperatures - Tried windows + shift + ctrl + B to recover the gpu driver - Did memtest and loads of other hardware related tests (for ssd, gpu stress, cpu stress and so on) etc. (probably didn't think of all the things now that I've already done) Can anyone help me out to find out and solve the root cause? crashesOccuring.evtx
  3. Hello, I can say with 100% assurance I would take hd560s over steelseries products any day or night, both sound quality, clarity and build quality. They are also amazingly light compared to steelseries and make longer sessions an ease. Regarding bass they are on par or even better, I have been using hd560s for more than half a year. Trust me get hd560s.
  4. Any help, tips? I did basically all the tests and no solution found to this Edit: One thing to note is that my sound keeps having noise with lag as well
  5. Ever since using the Throttle stop default settings laptop does not crash. Rather I still see WHEA 19 warnings for Corrected CPU Parity Error and heavy System interrupts, making games lag.
  6. Found a reason, need a solution. When my laptop goes lower on battery (30%) since I forgot to change ThrottleStop settings (High performance was ON and BD PROCHOT was OFF) back to default. Now I don't see power offs but I'm facing 0.78GHz on having less than 30% battery when on load. Any workaround of this scam?
  7. So I've got F.44 BIOS which is from times before spectre vunerability but still having lots of issues with system interrupts as well as WHEA 19 warnings that I have Corrected internal cpu parity error... Tried running LatencyMon on it and here is the result. latencyMon.txt
  8. Ok so something that I found out is that when I put fast boot in windows options back to ON, the laptop starts even on low battery (as it didn't go to cold start but hibernation), also around the same time my laptop crashed now it goes blackscreen for few seconds and comes back... Still having system interrupts in task manager. I tried with 1 stick of RAM at a times, put new CMOS battery, checked again with hd sentinel, tried without hdd (secondary drive)... Eventually I ended up ordering programmer to downgrade or mod my BIOS, which I'm getting help from a Discord community Electronics Repair School
  9. I was just thinking of getting a different drive, taking out both of the current ones... I did check them with HDTuneUp Utility, and it found 0 error sectors on both (the issue was existing before that as well) Which leads me down to taking out HDD, trying and then either buying these or both to take out the HDD(who uses these anyway): Samsung 980 500 Crucial MX500
  10. Hi everyone, I bought HP Omen 17-w111ng with following specs: CPU - i7-6700hq (integrated GPU seems to be disabled) GPU - GTX 1070 8GB RAM - 16GB DDR4 2400MHz Primary drive(OS) - 256GB Samsung p961 Secondary drive - 1TB HGST HDD, Sata III, 7200rpm The owner said he had some random bluescreens, which after I installed new fresh Windows 10 Education (technical university) were gone. I also got 2 chargers(one for older and one for newer version of same laptop) for laptop for some reason from him and they both work well. I do some gaming with it which it handles quite well. However there is one huge problem still, as I got this laptop to do car tuning with it which requires it to work on battery while flashing cars. - When turning on PC on lets say less then approximately 80% battery power (I bought new PF06XL 8000mAh replacement battery) without charging connected the laptop dies a minute after logging in, it makes some one click noise when doing so. Otherwise if I don't login it can stay like that for hours. - When it is less than 30% then it shuts down on startup, doing the same click. - If I start it on the charger, login and then unplug the charger the laptop works just fine. - The error shown in event viewer is Kernel Power Event ID 41. - While PC is working I see often System interrupts having high CPU consumption, also in event viewer is lots of warnings for Corrected hardware error with type Internal parity error on Processor APIC ID 2 and 3. I currently have laptop Power settings set to High performance data plan and GPU set to Prefer maximum performance. So far what I tried: - Installed fresh Windows 10 OS - Cleaned laptop, applied new thermal paste and replaced all thermal pads (that lowered temps which are stable) - Updated Windows 10 to latest 22H2 (always had latest updates) - Updated all the drivers - first took what was on HP site and then used Driver Booster to update them completely - Updated firmware - Updated BIOS to F55.A (I was also suggested to try downgrading but without luck, does anyone know how to?) - Tried running safe mode but after entering diagnostic mode had some issues with logging in, managed to resolve them from cmd - Did DDU, running newest GPU drivers - Replaced old battery - Ran multiple times WinFix bash script by @191x7 - there were some errors fixed with it - Disabled inSpectre protection which was suggested online - Ran extensive and long test by HP for all components - no error found (on charger as it takes longer than battery can last) - Ran Intel processor diagnostic tool - test successfully passed - Ran AIDA64 stress test on charger and without it once I got laptop to boot into windows - no issues, it discharged under full load slowly to 0% - Ran OCCT CPU test - it shows WHEA errors but does not crash - Ran PRIME95 without issues - Ran Memtest without issues - Tried adjusting some of ThrottleStop features (ended up reverting them) etc. ... - There is probably a lot more I tried but can't think of it. Could anyone help me diagnosing this issue? Thanks a lot! B1GLeo
  11. Do you see 2 sound inputs in Windows (Game and Chat one) when this happens? I would first of all disable fast boot (that used to cause many issues with mine), so that only fix was to unplug the cable from PC and plug it back in to get both sound outputs working. I didn't have Wireless version but I believe if this does not help it would be faulty headset or an electrical interference like you mention. I would definitely try going with their support and see what they say - https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us
  12. Thank you for blessing my ears lol Also this guy should try out these if he has before buying them... But he'll be sold on quality of these already: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZger1lNlV8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CepeycyGhwE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnv8lIq7pOM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Dc-5DD8P-0
  13. Pure porn. I just bought them this week, spent 30 mins in MediaMarkt store trying them out (they are flexible, made of quality plastics unlike steelseries hinge areas breaking apart, the sound range is amazing, low mids highs are crystal clear, immersive and offer amazing recognition of surrounding in the same time, basically 98% of HD800s tier headphones which cost 1600€/2000$) I couldn't believe I was stuck with Steelseries for past 10 years (siberia v2 all the way to Arctis Pro + GameDAC) until lately. Literally thought I wrote this post when I read it. Also, remember when you are wearing them, they are 230g and you wont even feel them on head.
  14. I'm currently running a laptop keyboard (Lenovo y50-70), Steelseries Sensei mouse, Steelseries 4HD plastics mousepad+ random mouse bungee and Steelseries 9H headset.
  15. "Hi Leo , Thank you for contacting us. If the Headphone Cup Measurements of the Steelseries 9H match the dimensions of the Replacement earpads (within a margin of +/- 2 mm), then these would fit. The Brainwavz Replacement Earpad's Dimensions are 110/90*75/65*28mm." This is their response, so what do you think, would they fit? I'm not so sure what the 75/65 means(that might be the back side opening where the headset comes, if so then this is perfect match :)
