So I'm from BC.  While there is ways to go about things legally; at the same time you would potentially risk your career in some places.  I've seen people denied jobs because lawsuits or even human rights tribunals are looked at as a negative (yes it might not be legal, but not getting a job can be a hard thing to prove why you didn't get it).
 
Actually, at least bashing employers in a space like Glasshouse would have less impact for future employment. 

Also, depending on the scope of the investigation, there may be an audit of their processes and procedures regarding HR. A third party can find deficiencies and give the company guidance on where they are deficient and where things should be to aid in their effectiveness. 

These posts on the LTT forums by LTT fans.... really makes you think why she never came out. especially with the leaked audio mandatory HR meeting after she left. if the boss doesn't take it seriously, and he says "trust me bro", you expect people like James to continue with the non chalant attitude to real criticism its a boys club.

They aren’t consistent with our company values."   yeah maybe he should have said he didn't know the depth of it instead of "it's not consistent with my recollections" 
  clearly he tried to address it the day after madson left so he knew something.
  Also the incels here are disgusting people saying "She was asking for it" because she was making shitposts/memes on her twitter and jokes when she appeared on LTT videos calling her a hysterical woman questioning the timing when she clearly stated why she didn't reveal it earlier due to the LTT incels backlash, which proved her right calling her mentally ill and unreliable witness calling her a lazy/sensitive zoomer people saying she's doing this for attention when clearly revealing this does not benefit her in any way, and in fact makes her a target formore online harassment
waiting for more evidence is fine sure, but some people here clearly have problems with women

Who said anything about cancelling Linus? The theme of the week has been that LMG needs to fix its shit, and stop ignoring internal issues with its workplace culture that has led to all of these issues going unresolved for a very long time. Most of Maddison's post is about how she couldn't get any of these issues resolved, or taken seriously by those above her in the company.

Everyone wants to see LMG be the company it claims to be on camera. Not just pretend while shoving issues under the carpet.

The thing that constantly surprises me is when people ask "WELL WHY DID SHE WAIT?"
 
Because the reasons for waiting have been addressed, a lot:  Fear of backlash, embarrassment, shame, depression, anger, hopelessness, being talked out of coming forward, being dismissed by authorities.  The list is long and varied and has been repeated to death and yet every time this comes up with a new person we have a legion of people slackjawed and wondering, "Well it sure is SUSPECT she didn't come forward earlier!  She must be golddigging!"
 
It's infuriating and I'm sick of it.  I almost lost a good friend because of this shit and the things she had to deal with in the military and how it was dismissed and how she was dragged through the mud for bringing it up a few years after she got out.
