If you can do OCCT on the small data set test mode for 15 minutes, you are stable enough for 99% of things.

Use software tools to see what they are currently set to, and manually enter those into the BIOS.

CPU-Z gives you some of the timings, HWInfo displays most if not all of them.

I was really lucky, I could push 4.7 with 1.2 volts on my 4790K, and although you shouldn't expect voltage that low, it was with a 212 evo so you can at least expect the temps to stay in check no problem. My temps were sub 70 after a prolonged stress test.

You disable XMP anyway and manually set your memory speed and timings.

Not the same board here, but it's the same basic principles.

If memory serves, you should expect ~4.8 ghz @ ~1.3v.

It's controlled by your BIOS. Trust me, you will NOT notice the loss of 30mhz. Trust me, it's such a negligible loss of speed that you literally cannot notice it.

don't worry about 3.27. Its just that the main bus clock is a bit under the 100mhz normal. It won't make any performance difference.
