There is nothing I don't recognise. Or suspicious, not a single process.

That is the entire problem, I can't find the program that is causing this.

Hey guys, I recently downloaded a program but with it apparently came some AdWare and every once in a while it keeps opening the same website which then refers me to a different ad every time. What can I do to stop this? I can't find out what is causing this, and I blocked the website in my Hosts File so the ads stopped appearing and scaring me with some crazy sounds. My steam is acting very weird, I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 and I reinstalled my lan driver(for Windows 10) but now when I download a game on steam it just stops sometimes and then a bit further continues again. Before I always had 14/15mb/s but now not higher than 8.9. This problem only occurs to me on steam as I still get 125 Mbit/s on speedtest. Hey, At work we were still printing all of our files and put them in a map and then in a cabinet,but if a client need a file it always takes a while before we can find it so we want to scan all of the files, then they wil be send to us 1 by 1. we will recieve them as a pdf file and I believe the name of the file is just the time and date, but we want to put them all in folders and rename them to the name of the file so people can get it fast. no it even imports email settings and downloads and all the libraries

but when i log in on another computer wich is a desktop then it imports the account settings and i get the programs
