Beta is briefly (hours, not days) back. I've made some changes to the way that announcements are handled, and how they interact with other stuff on the page. In particular, https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1020322-hover-bug/ should be fixed.

Please go and make sure that things look better, especially in older browsers and in Safari.

    The bug seems fixed,
    the only thing odd I see is that here, its not centered unlike the rest.

    It's the first time I've tried the beta site on my phone and I found what looks like a new bug so I posted a bug report on the beta site.
