Yup they degraded the quality, round the middle of last year I brought two for family builds and they worked quite well and I haven't had any problems with speed or reliability, the both me specs on the box
Yup half of the 8pin connector will overhang the connector but it should fit in fine. On any Z series motherboard the connector will be 8 pin so overclocking isn't an issue
In any case the max safe voltages for 24/7 Skylake are, so OP should be fine.
Safe VoltagesVcore: 1.45v/1.4vVCCIO: 1.25v/1.2vSystem Agent (SA): 1.3v/1.25vVdimm: 1.4v/1.35v
My mistake 40% and 31% respectively.

Perhaps in the new BIOS update msi felt that the 1.260v was not enough for the auto 4.4ghz oc so they decided to step it up in an update to improve stability?
Your point is??? I get theirs a Razer sucks circle-jerk on here but come on you only ever hear from the people who have problems. Due to a larger market share you will hear about more problems with thier stuff. That being said I'm still salty from then they switched to kahil mechanical switches.
I currently use a mamba 2014 wireless. The shape has hardly changed over the years besides the scroll wheel and it is my second favourite mouse with the Razer imperator being my favourite. The sensor is quite good and is fine for cs;go where accuracy is important. I would rate it a 9/10 the lightings a bit of a gimick but i'd always try a mouse before you buy it.
