  1. First file Pig https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9U9yKfq2oaEeHlCRGxUY2JkUHc/view?usp=sharing Second file Fire https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9U9yKfq2oaEQ1p6WThESlBCVGc/view?usp=sharing Could you do a test render first before the final one to make shure everything is working. Compare the test render for the first file to the image in this thread and the fire one should look not messed up and make shure that there is fire and smoke being rendered. Thanks for all the help!
  2. So my computer just died (not the battery it overheated) yesterday while rendering a scene in blender for homework, which is due in a couple of days. So now I have no way to render the scene wich is due in a couple of days. So is there anyone who could please lend a hand and render the scene for me please. The scene consists of a pig's head on a stick with a particle system of flyes around it's head, a particle system of grass and a particle system of trees. The second scene is of an island with a small bonfire and a huge forest fire and an ocean. The scenes are in the cycles rendering engine so they will benefit greatly from an Nvidia gpu (gotta love that cuda). Thanks Low res testrender of scene 1

  10. What parts of the specs should I be looking at when purchasing a gpu for content creations?
  11. I was wondering how Amd and Nvidia compare for content creation purposes. I know that nvidia has cuda which amazing for premiere and other software. But I don't know how Amd stacks up for the same tasks.

  15. I made a post last week about missing hard drive on my computer. My problem was that my computer said I had aound ten gigs left out of 150. But when I added up the folders in the root folder of my drive they added up to aroung 70gigs which is nowhere near what my computer was claiming. Through the original post I was directed by someone to use windirstat to see if it could find out what was using the space but it also gave me a number around 70gigs. But today I ran winrstat and it gave the same results. But then I looked through menus and an option to show unknown space. Wich added a nice big chunk of 69 gigs that is using up 47% of my hard drive and I have no idea what it is. So could anyone please explain what that space could be being used by? Thanks
