  1. Completely forgot plastidip was a thing. Thanks for bringing it back on my radar.
  2. We're talking about a BenQ GW2765, btw. I'd think the best way would be to dismantle it and sand it down, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that or if it's even the best option. What other ideas do you guys have?
  3. i7 2700k and GTX 560. I've learned a lot since those days.
  4. Ok, never used the 402 so I'm not 100% sure of its capabilities.
  5. Orbweaver is mechanical, tartarus is membrane. Other than that they're pretty similar. I think the orbweaver has more adjustments you can make to it, though. Not too familiar with the Nostromo.
  6. Only icon I have is a text document that I use for a bookmark for movies/long youtube videos. Everything else that I need is pinned to my taskbar.
  7. Was talking about the Twin Frozr V, not reference, but I guess the reference cooler is pretty sexy as well. EDIT: If I've misinterpreted your post and mine makes no sense, ignore it. I'm sick and have at least 8 different medications going through me. My head is very fuzzy right now.
  8. Why the strange angle on a couple of your keycaps (specifically z and s)?
  9. Might wanna quote who you're talking to there, chief.
  10. I'd go with the Meka G1. The short right shift on the 6Gv2 would bug the hell out of me.
  11. I got rid of my 4k monitor (the samsumg one, it's too late for me to remember the numbers and I don't have my glasses handy to easily google it) for this reason. I had it set to 1440p, and felt like that was a much better option. Text looks about the same size on my 1440p monitor as it does on my 24 inch 1200p one.
  12. Haven't got access to a calibrator, so I can't do that. Best I can do is calibrate it by eye compared with my PA248Q. Out of the box I felt like it needed a bit of work, but as I have a pre-calibrated monitor right next to it, I found it to not be too arduous of a task. Even despite this, the fact that I'm looking to go back for another speaks volumes about it's quality. I know you're interested in the PB278Q, but quite honestly I don't think it's worth the extra hundred dollars PCCG is asking for it. EDIT: Eyestrain: There is a marked difference in my two monitors in this department, with the BenQ coming out on top. It has the flicker-free thing, which in itself reduces eyestrain significantly, but on top of that it also has the low blue light mode, which initiates a f.lux or gunnar glasses type effect to further reduce eyestrain. I put my GW2765 onto the "multimedia - 30%" mode at night, which I feel is the best compromise between colours and eyestrain reduction.
