  1. Lol, it is pretty highly rated i suppose. The main bio-research facility of the gov't is here, yeah, the one with the bio-warfare name. Favorite of conspiracy theorists. http://www.nationaljournal.com/daily/conspiracy-theorists-favorite-lab-is-moving-to-kansas-2014012 That's good for me it's not K-State... but still sucks for you . With that out of my system, I have to agree with everyone else. It's almost certain that he'll be chasing after some other people. +karma to you for reporting that asshat.
  2. KSU? As in K-state?? Jeeesus mutherf***ing Christ's Jesus Christ, I go there... I don't know of "Howell hall" though, and I'm hoping to all the gods of all the universes (from your location) it's in Georgia. EDIT: This is one time I'm happy I'm not a muscular guy with a prominent "V." To all the pedophiles/rapists out there, I'm not muscular, I'm just a weak little white boy!!! Wait... That's probably the wrong crowd to say that to.
  3. It's to check on the calf. I've only taken in two cows (helped take them in) to have it done.
  4. Not so much pain as annoying and hell for me. Can't think of any real pain that I've endured. I tried to do a high jump when i was in HS with a few guys after PE class, but missed the mat and landed, vertically, on my head. Knocked out, felt dazed, felt like puking, and had a migraine for two straight weeks after it. Felt like a p***y so I didn't see a doctor. Now I've been worried about permanent damage. Too late to do anything anyway though.
  5. They said they'd do better this time, honest! I really hope they don't **** it up. If they ruin my franchise, I'll wring their lying, thieving, necks.
  6. Ah You might want to educate him next time Lol. Education is the only way to minimize the amount of stupid choices unfortunately. To the brother: that's really not the best use of your cash (unless you specifically had to have it)... You could have gotten much more out of your money. Hey, maybe next time ask the brother for help when you want a PC... you won't regret it.
  7. Well.... you haven't shared his circumstances (his build, whether he has cash to throw, interested in OC-ing, etc), so we can't really say why it'd be stupid. In itself though, there's absolutely nothing wrong with AIO coolers. IMO they're great as they offer many of the benefits of a liquid cooled system with less hassle.
  8. The chains=bras. Seriously.
  9. I was talking about the character, not the actor. It was meant as a tongue-in-cheek "fact." Sorry, probably should have made that clearer.
  10. Today I learned prop planes are faster than jets. *facepalm* EDIT: Also, I'm pretty darn sure every country with an air force or air wing uses some prop planes. The U.S. has plenty in service, and they're put to good use.
  11. Kansas. 1. It was against the law to serve ice cream on cherry pie in Kansas. 2. Flat. The flattest state, I kid you not. Also literally flatter than a pancake. Literally is used correctly here. 3. No scenery. All you see is miles of fields. My dad has a pilots license and a small plane, and looking at it from the sky I can say that yes, it's flat and corn/soybean/wheat/hay fields LITERALLY (The literal definition of the word) as far as the eye can see. Drab, brown, and dusty as all hell too. 4. The geographical center of the 48 contiguous states is here. 5. There's "beware of bison crossing" signs here, at least there are some near my house at a preserve. (for anyone not from the U.S, Buffalo/bison were nearly completely wiped from the plains in the U.S. during an expansion westward). 6. Kansas grows a fifth of the U.S' wheat, and is known as the "breadbasket of the world." The wheat alone is enough to feed the world for 2 weeks. Eat it North Dakota! ;p 7. Second largest producer of Beef cattle, after Texas. 8. 88% of Kansas land is used for farming. 9. Second most tornadoes here. Right in Tornado Alley. 10. It is illegal to hunt whales in Kansas. You also can't hunt duck with a mule. 11. Dorothy, from Wizard of OZ was from here. It sucks when the most exciting facts about your state are about how well it can grow wheat. I live near (went to school, etc) Pottawatomie County, called Pot County. It's the worst county for pot usage here so I hear.
  12. Awesome, you almost certainly won't regret it! There's almost no learning curve if you've played AoE too. Good luck man! It's really an amazing game IMO.
  13. Pretty much Exactly like it, except with flying units, and less civilizations.... but with more distinctions between them. You can also get the expansion for the game, which adds the Confederacy and the Republic (f*kin maxed Jedi with force invisibility ripping the enemy to shreds with lightsabers leading battalions of the best and cheapest infantry in the game: clones. You can't not love it.). The game is also very mod-friendly. I recommend checking out http://swgb.heavengames.com/ for mods and strategy. If you like AoE but want to spice things up, you'll probably really like this, especially if you like Star Wars. IIRC Disney has been selling it for cheap after acquiring LucasArts.
  14. Not going to update for at least 9 months, the bugs are so not worth it. I'm willing to wait it out until the "new software" phase is over, and more ways of disabling M$ spying come out.
  15. Star wars Galactic Battlegrounds. By far the best IMO (so much freaking nostalgia!!! I think I'll play it tonight when I get off work; praise the backwards compatibility a PC has!) followed by Star wars: Empire at war.
