  1. I can get one of the 3700x’s I have to run 4.6 all core at 1.35 v but heat on avx in r20 even overpowers the cooling I have for it. No blue screens just a error in r20 itself At 1.4 v I am maxing that chip at 4.75 all core. As for the cooling for that set it is 2 xspc rx rads and photon d5 combo and ek velocity cpu block. There are also 2 980 ti’s on that loop.
  2. Comcast screwing with me today so ended up playing around a bit. not sure where a 3700 should be sitting any feed back would be great.
  3. no one is getting screwed if they increase core counts. if a person bought a 6 core at the time it is what they could afford and met their needs. Just because there is a large leap forward and people that bought something in the past and something Better comes out does not mean that people are geting screwed or ripped off.
  4. I have already posted on the ruling from the Supreme Court from 1990 it is constitutionally legal. There are just stipulations that the checkpoints must be made public 24 hours ahead of its opening.
  5. You are correct that they can not just pull any one over. But when it is a check point it is publicly safety and every one is checked it is legal. As long as they check every one and and not picking and choosing who to check it is legal. You will find at check points they will have other officers or cones at turns leading up to the check point. Those that try and avoid have given cause for the police to believe the person is trying to avoid an invounter. You will encounter similar check points in some states that require imissions equipment on the car. All are legal as long as you are not picking and choosing which vehicles to inspect unless they would have imissions in this case.
  6. You have In alienableriggts that all peoples are entitled to and rights granted to you by the rule of law. You are arguing all rights are dictated by morality but they are not. Many rights are granted or revoked based on the safety or wellbeing of the collective. It might not be morally right to put a person in prison for life but for the safety of other it is. This is based in law. So you have a romantic view of rights and mortality which you need to be able to disconnect the two to make and informed decision.
  7. Ok so you want to say every thing is a right? You do not have the right to drive. You are permitted to use a car with a valid drivers license in which you agree to submit to a breath, blood, urine test if requested by a officer of the law for that jurisdiction if the driver of any mechanical vehicle. A passenger is free to refuse. This is the law not a right. Second is you do not have the right to use a vehicle on a public road unless said vehicle is registered with the dmv for one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. All others are allowed travel permission only when passing thru a legal port of entry. There is no rights involved here only established rule of law. I’m sorry you can’t disconnect your feeling from what has been deemed lawful. You are free to lobby to have these laws changed at your own expense.
  8. I don’t believe it is a moral argument here. It is what is lawful and what is not. You have the mind set that people that have done something wrong lose all right. When the government that this pertains to has come to the conclusion that even people that have done wrong still have rights and that law enforcement must follow their own rules as well.
  9. As a note to my above post a sobriety test does not include a field sobriety test that is only a tool for officers to read the person. Sobriety test are breath, blood, and urine.
  10. The other thing that I have seen some people argue that the stops are unconstitutional. They are as long as they have been posted ahead of time. Every car is checked verbally meaning showing a note or license through the window Is not enough and give the officers reason to further detain the person. And all states have a clause when you receive a drivers license That you will submit to a sobriety test or lose the right to the license and are there for in voilation of the law and can be jailed for not submitting.
  11. The NYPD will most certainly lose as police are alrdy required to post sobriety check points publicly at least 24 hours ahead of time. https://guardianinterlock.com/blog/police-announce-checkpoints/
  12. Majority of states give pedestrians the right of way over cars when crossing a road when leaving from on corner a buss stop or if there is no cross walk within 800 feet but only to cross from one side to the other in a safe fashion even across a highway. You can not stop on the road way unless it is for your own safety. I legally cross a highway several times a month with no cross walk on pacific coast highway in pagination beach California as for others calling cyclist pedestrians they are motorist in most states and must boat all traffic laws. If using a cross walk for your bike you must walk it instead of ride it. The only restriction for bikes on most roads is meeting the minimum speed for the high way. If unless otherwise posted no bike shall travel on a highway unless it is the only route between two places.
  13. Hot dog + dounut with cream and egg data exchange very satisfying
  14. jay's video in that both listed the card in Dmitry's hands as a 1080 not as unreleased so maybe he just misspoke. https://youtu.be/6jlBJBjRWHY
  15. Not as far as the arrival I read currently 64 included games with the sevice that the 1060 and 1080 stream time are also connected to there is a store you can buy games or you can link steam and or other services to prove ownership is the game is not on the included list at that time
  16. It looks like you don't need to own any of the games they just come with the service so this is were most of the cost is most likely coming from.
  17. Jack Nicklaus' Greatest 18 Holes of Major Championship Golf. Played with my grandfather almost every day in late 80s the Oregon trail. School and Islands of kesmai. Home after school first online game I played
  18. The only product I have bought and thought was worth every penny or more are We-vibe classic and We-Vibe 4 Plus even with some hiccups after updates to the We-Vibe app that stopped syncing for a while. Wireless and syncing over the internet made long bouts away from my girlfriend much more bareable along with extra sense of security that she wasn't going to go looking elsewhere well away.
  19. Have had the watched bar you are showing since before I moved back to California on aug 9th only appears on my desktop mobil and laptops don't have it yet. Have also had changes to layout of setting and a colored CC box instead of just grey or white on black back ground captop text has been changing from Video to video on auto generated captions. It swaps between different contrast and colors. Also pined comments are back for some creators but seems region specific ATM

  21. In the case of California tax must be collected by the seller a submitted to ca with they have a phyisical location or don't. There are also many restrictions of items that can be sold and shipped to California including gun parts, car parts, certain chemicals used in cooling system. Also remember that Ca has property tax, income tax(on top of federal), state sales tax, and county sales taxes. We also are required to carry earth quake insurance if you own property. Gas cost more because we use different gasoline then the rest of the country and gas is taxes at 23.9 cents per gallon in my county 18.9 of is the state I believe. And our only micro center has different prices then all others. They will tell you "your store is the only different one in the chain". But at least we have frys every where and they match internet prices and micro center if not more then 50 miles from Tustin. Oh and new egg will call pick up is great. The drought is very real and the reservoirs were down to 20% before the rains last year but we got 15% of normal snow pack so that water they normally let go in the spring was held for all of the year and no water was released to farmers at all. In the Central Valley the ground has sunk up to 15 feet in places from water being pumped out of the aquifer faster then it refills. Some wells are over 1500 feet deep just to reach the water.
  22. I remember getting a Riva tnt just so I could play aliens online on game storm in1998. besides the Riva tnt I got a tnt2 the following year and had a few voodoo 3's btw all of these were bought at microcenter in Tuetin if I remember right. Might have been frys been almost 2 decades.
  23. So no where does it state in the magnuson-moss act that these stickers are illegal. But changed it so the warranty void stickers should be used as a front line to tell if a product had been tampered with. The act just says that the defects and normal wear and tear are not void if a item looks to have been repaired by a third party. the sticker its self is not illegal the the burden of proving that the defect or damage was caused by another and not a failure of the product. So they can tell you the warranty is void if a sticker or tamper device such as a moisture dot are activated. But you can still request warranty service and if they still fine the damage is the fault of the user or third party they do not have to honor said warranty.
  24. over on pcper they are showing that both connectors are drawling less power not no change in the ratio between either. http://www.pcper.com/reviews/Graphics-Cards/AMD-Radeon-RX-480-Power-Consumption-Concerns-Fixed-1671-Driver all the test are showing that the peg connector is sitting right at 5.5 amps now with only metro last light on 4k going to 5.75.
