Looks fantastic, but I am kinda curious as to why you're only using one stick of RAM.

It's 8gb. I wanted to be able to go 32gb and if I went with 2x4gb id be stuck with 16gb max matched memory. I did get another 8gb stick in there but then ended up building a second rig and borrowed one until I can get more. Works just fine
