Your parts selection seems to be very well thought out and it should be a very powerful pc.  I have a very similiar build (same cpu, cpu cooler, ram, and case), but i would really recommend upgrading the front intake fans and using the corsair af140 fan as an exhaust.  As you know, the front of the h440 is completely closed off except for the right side and bottom, so a more pressure optimized fan would definitely benefit you.  I replaced the stock fans with 3 noctua nf-f12 2000 rpm industrial fans and the airflow was significantly improved, but I'm sure the standard nf-f12's would work beautifully as my fans do get a little noisy at 100% speed, but it is easily controlled with the asus fan expert software.

I would reccomend you to get a R9 290X from AMD, is cheaper, have better computing cabpabilities that the gtx 970, has supprt for 10 bit colour depth, and just costs $300.
