blog-0661290001425040850.pngUS based hardware brand Corsair can be chosen for a lot of PC components. What originally was a memory company is now selling cases, PSUs, SSDs, fans and flash drives as well as desktop hardware such as gaming branded mice, keyboards and headsets. Many industry experts expected the manufacturer to jump into graphics cards next.

They were proven wrong today as Corsair revealed their all new L100i RGB Fully Mechanical Gaming Lubricant Dispenser. This appears strange at first, but George Makris, Corsair's Product Manager, explains: "Basically, the strategy is to have everything on the average gamer's desktop made by Corsair. This product fills a hole in the line-up, so now you can have the full Corsair experience at your desk."

Except for the desk itself, he's absolutely right. So far, lubricant dispensers were only made by sanitary product makers. The new device is not only the first dispenser made by a PC hardware manufacturer, but also the first one to shine in over 16 million colours, generated by LED's inside the device, which can be programmed in the driver.

"Our engineers have been hard at work to make this product possible," says Makris. The dispensing mechanism itself does not feature any electronic parts, which means it is really fully mechanical. But will it be enough? The device comes with Corsair's controversial new gaming logo that was not welcomed by everyone - "Bat'leth" was one of the more relaxed denotations.
