Sleeping too much actually makes you more tired. Force yourself to get into a normal sleep schedule and you'll feel better. Also exercise helps.

8 hours should be enought. As far as i know brain doesn't need to sleep only the body! :-)

Try and wake up in normal hours and keep your diet and exercise in good levels. If you see no results you should visit a doctor:/ My gf have the opossite one he barely sleeps more than 4 hours:/ oh and "techology equals might" ^_^
