Different Backgrounds Windows 10

The simple issue is that -after much googles- I still don't know how to set up different backgrounds on my different screens in Windows 10. I don't know why this can't just be as easy as it was on Windows 8, but the option doesn't seem to be there D:

RAM issue

Slots 1 and 2 don't work on my Asus Z97-AR ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. I have tried numerous configurations of RAM on my motherboard after purchasing 8 more gigabytes of ram (I now have 4 4 gigabyte sticks) and whenever any RAM is in slot 1 or 2, my computer won't boot. When I turn on my computer (with slot 1 or 2 filled with any of 8 sticks of ram I have tried), the fans' lights turn on and they start spinning, a few lights on the gpu and motherboard turn on, and then after a few seconds, it turns
