Hi guys. I am new to Linus tech tips and these sort of forums. I hope I am doing this right!. Please bear with me if I am not. Okay, I have a query and I need to know where I stand with Am3+ motherboards. I currently have an FX-9590 cpu on an Asus Crosshair V formula Z motherboard (which I purchased in mid September 2012). I love this motherboard, but it is 2 years old now and starting to show it's age. It cant compete with the latest intel LGA1150 and 2011-13 motherboards. I really want to know
