It's not as complicated as it seems. 1500 usd is a pretty decent budget Question: Are you planning on saving those streams offline (do you need lots of storage) Question 2: What size monitor would you like? 24 inch 27 inch (or just measure how much space you have on your desk, horizontally) Question 3: Are you comfortable ordering online from various sellers and waiting for the parts to arrive, or would you rather walk into a store and purchase it all at once. A lot of people might post links to pcpartpicker, but imo it's better for newbies to get all the parts at one place. Is there a tech shop near you? like NCIX or canada computers
