  1. Ok Thanks, I'm still a bit new to building computers and I was just curious. Thanks for the fast response!
  2. So I have been getting weird post codes while booting but the computer still boots fine. Im just curious if this is normal? The post codes I remember are: A2 99 9C B6?(I think) (and a few others I cant remember) The codes appear for milliseconds at a time just before the mobo screen comes up every time I power the system on an seems to stay is the same order. mobo: MSI SLI plus X99 CPU: 5820k RAM: 16 GB 3ghz

  5. Thanks Guys and/or Gals! Plus a special thanks to Mosin for the parts list one more question am I going to need plugs?
  6. Do you think I can get away with a 280 rad and a 360? My case cant hold 2 360's also should I get a new PSU?
  7. You can try to search for parts in this webpage: http://www.performance-pcs.com/ Edit: @DJ_NegativeZero what's your budget?? As cheap as possible but im not afraid to spend a lot (~800 ish) Also I dont think my case can accommodate 2 360s I believe it can do 1 140/120(Rear) 1 240/280(Top) 1 360(Front)
  8. I know I dont have reference coolers on my cards but I saw some blocks on EK for my 980s
  9. Hi, so I have had a 980 for about a month or so and I have noticed that after gaming it wont downclock unless I restart my computer resulting in high idle temps. I haave heard that this happens on multi monitor setups but I only have 1. Any ideas on whats happening here? should I return it?
  10. So I want to upgrade my motherboard so it can run sli and I noticed when shoping for motherboards I noticed that the one I want has a 8pin cpu power connector but my current one only has a 4 pin both are 1150 sockets. Can I use my 4 pin on the new board? New Board: MSI z97 gaming 5 Current : MSI b85m-g43 Cpu: i7 4790 @ 3.6ghz
  11. I have 3 PWM fans in my sys fan headers on my mobo(MSI b85m-g43, I know it only has 2 headers I have 2 on a spliter) and my fans should be able to reach 500 rpm but no matter what I do its always above 1000 rpm even at idle. Any ideas?
  12. I would love this card im already in the market for a 980 but I would be over joyed if I didnt have to spend money on it. Good luck to everybody who enters!
  13. Would be a great upgrade if I had this I wouldnt need to replace my motherboard so I can have 2 gpus(nvidia sli not supported) and would save me a ton o' $$ here's hoping I win!
  14. I am huge into audio work and design(as well as some gaming on side ) The high quality built in speakers appeal to me because I won't have to carry around other speakers to class, and of course allow me to edit on the go or just on my couch.
