Maybe im a noob but thats ok

How much power do i need plug into this motherboard 

i can see an extra 4 pin at the top and a molex in buttom of motherboard

is it more power for clocking ?

 

help please

The extra 4 pins at the top are for more CPU power, the molex at the bottom is for more power to the PCIe Lanes. 

 

They're designed for overclocking, whether they actually make a difference, I'm not sure.
