[Case Help] PC Part Picker compatibility issue

This is my build....http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bzqnNG

 

 

Can anyone see a reason why the Fractal Design Define R4 (Windowed) Black Pearl .... http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcadefr4blw   ...can't work for my system?

 

It shows up as incompatible with my build (linked above) on pcpartpicker and I'm not sure why.

 

 

Any solutions or reasons why?

You can't fit your CPU cooler in the R4.....

Hm...it says I can fit the h100i in this case instead. Is that cpu cooler just as good as the kraken?

No, but it's still quite good. Though the difference would be just a few degrees.
