hello guys, is there anyone that could help would be much appreciated, i recently brought a vega 64 from overclockers for 400 pound, i upgraded from a r9 390.

 

my full pc specs are  1700x @ stock speed

Ram is 32gb @2933mhz

vega 64 sapphire nitro+

 

ok so the issue, both my monitors randomly go gray and stay there for a few seconds, is there any idea on what could be done to fix the issue?

 

do i need to go into wattman and do something with the volts or something, the card is completely stock

have you tried using ddu to uninstall the drivers,then install them again?

my dad actually had this problem with his gtx 980 in his work pc about 6 months ago and what i did was i downloaded the bios for that specific card and reflashed it and everything went back to normal(be careful to backup your old bios before doing anything)

doing it easy just follow a youtube tutorial
