Hdmi graphic card and processor issue

Hi,

I had my pc for like 3 years. I have a Intel core i7 6700 processor and a Nvidia Gtx 745 4gb, and they both have a hdmi port. When I open my pc it randomly make only one of the 2 ports working. I think it would be better use my graphic card for gaming but I have no solution. I try to remove and reinstall nvdia pilot and to update it but there is nothing that work
