Xeon reporting different temperatures

Why are the temperatures different between aida64 and HwMonitor , on my xeon x5450

In personal testing and experience, I find Aida sometimes lags when reading/reporting the temps and changes and may not be fully accurate. I would trust HWInfo in this case.
