What should i upgrade

i am struggeling to play ark, what part(s) should i upgrade so i will be able to run it smoothly, my budget is €250 ~ €300

Current parts:

intel Xeon W3550 , 3,07Ghz Quad core

club 3D Radeon HD 7970 royalAce Tahiti 2Tx, 3GB , 6Ghz

i am using 2 monitors, both 1680x1050

12GB Ram,

x64 pc, 1TB HDD
