Weird issue

Hi guys,

 

Since i mount this pc (see in signature) every time i unplug the PSU or turn off the PSU button, i will get a weird issue on the boot only on the first time. It will turn on work for 2 seconds then auto reboots and everything works perfectly.

 

If i only shutdown normally it wont do the same thing. It only does that issue if it gets complete out of power.

 

i can play for hours and im even checking gpu-z to see if gpu gets power enough and everything works normally.

This might be the CMOS solving problems. That is probably normal
