Vertical black line.

Hey guys. I recently wanted to try something. So I went to restart my pc (while holding shift) to enter the repair option. I clicked on cmd and my pc rebooted. When It came back on it went to where I wanted. The cmd. But the screen was weirdly yellow and dim with a black vertical line. Anyway after rebooting I noticed I had this black line and dim screen in the bios too! But when I went to boot to the os it's fine!? There are no lines or anything!? Not sure what's happened but whenever I boot up I have this line to the far left untill it posts to the os. Not sure what's happened, it's no Biggie as it doesn't affect use. Just wanted to fix it that's all.
