ryzen 5 2600 New Ryzen build temps

Hello, 
I got a new Ryzen Build the specs are:

MB: MSI B450 Tomahawk
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: G.Skill Aegis 16(8x2) GB
CPU Cooler: stock

The ram is working on 2933 XMP profile 2
I have the newest BIOS from 9/26
Are my temps normal

stable: 77-78c
spike: 88c

No CPU OC

That looks pretty normal with the Wraith Stealth cooler that comes with the 2600. It isn't that good of a cooler.

Can you recommend me a good cooler?

Depends on your budget. Maybe you could buy an AMD Wraith Max cooler cheap from someone who bought like a 2700X and isn't using it. Or if you can spend more, maybe a Cryorig H5.

Is CM Hyper 212 LED Turbo good?

It's decent, should be a significant upgrade over the Wraith Stealth cooler.
