They've said that there are plans for it down the road, but that's likely a looooooooooong way off. They need to get all the infrastructure and backbone stuff done first. Also with how they're designing the website it may just be an electron or webview app that surfaces the website, since the website itself is already being designed with touch friendliness in mind.
