RX 580 not recognized

So I have this system:

Amd Ryzen 5 2400g (no OC)

2x 8gb ram xpg flame 2400mhz

Asus A320m-k mobo

Evga PSU gold 550

Samsung evo 960 nvme ssd

6x 120nm blue led fans

Amd ryzen5 stock cooler

------------------------------------------------------

 

and i Bought a Sapphire Rx 580 nitro+

but it´s not recognized by the system instead of showing an RX 580 it says AMD PNP 10.0 device

 

I already tried DDU and reinstalling adrenaline driver (several versions from 16 to last one)

also changing bios default to pcie card...

 

I don`t know what to do...
