Maybe this is just a simple fix but anyways whenever I try to update to 1803 it says its at 100% then it quickly says initializing then, a loop. My current guess is I have corrupt files but I can't find them.

Problems

  • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth is failing almost all the time (so does /checkhealth) Error: 3017
  • Instaling NVIDIA graphic drivers do not workish [It did not work before but all-of-a-sudden it works now]
  • NVIDIA Expirence will not work (Something went wrong, try to restart)
  • Factory Resetting does not work
  • Windows Stand Alone Installer does not work (The update is not applicable to your computer)
  • And, of course installing a new Windows Update does not work (directly in settings) Error:  0x8024200d and 0x800704c7

PC Parts

i7 8700k (stock)

GTX 1070 (stock)

3200 mhz 16 GB

I have both an SSD and  a HDD

Use this link: https://software-download.microsoft.com/pr/Win10_Edu_1803_English_x64.iso?t=adebdf55-6ef5-4f31-be57-1648ee543125&e=1538930577&h=d9063ec45c2c12cc96ef7f1b895ad433 A copy of the 1809 ISO generated my using a user agent switcher to appear as a non Windows OS.

Mount the ISO by double clicking or extract it and run setup. See it if upgrades you to 1809 that way. Oops. I misread. You're trying for 1803.... well I'll post this anyway since I already did it.
