Nothing bad at all! I would change the HDD to a 7200rpm just because the price difference is minimal.

Also, the 32gb Intel optane won't do much of HDD acceleration since it is not supported in the AMD platform and so you are better of getting that i5 8600K you've been looking at. OR! take that Intel Optane out and take a bigger SSD :)
