Posted September 21, 2018 I plan on buying and spraying the Noctua NH-D15 SE-AM4, only the frame and the blades, not the heatsink. 1.- Would any spray paint withstand the temperatures of being near the heatsink? 2.- If not, which spray paint would? Posted September 22, 2018 temperature should not be a concern. ive done a nh-d14 HSF and fans: issues that may be concerning is the amount of paint used on the fan blades. do not allow the fan to sit heavily to puddle or making it too thick in places. multiple light coats.
