Which ram kit should I get?

                     OR  

G.SKILL RIPJAWS V 8GB (2 X 4GB) 2400 Mhz  Timing  17-17-17-39 - $93

Which one should I get?

I am getting a ryzen system with b450 mobo  so the dual channel 

 

I want to get the cheaper one and overclock it, will that be possible ?
