Just finished my first ever build. Sadly my monitors are completely black, fans are spinnings and all the lights are lighting up.

 

My compontents are: 1050TI, Amd Ryzen 5 2600x, Asus Prime B350-Plus.

 

I read somewhere online that my Motherboard might need an bios update? Is there a way to update my bios when my monitor is completely black?

To do what you're saying, you'd need a CPU that works on that motherboard in order to getin to the BIOS at all.

Firstly, congrats on the first build! If I would try reseating your ram & removing one stick and trying it in all the different ram ports, if that doesn't remedy, reseat your GPU & make sure your connection is secure, see if that helps you any
