Need some help with my pc

Hey I need some help my pc has a 

AMD Rx 580 and

AMD athlon 845 

And the problem is that the processor is getting old and is bottlenecking my pc I can't play most games on 1080p with low to medium Settings. As of now I cannot upgrade and the processor can't be over clocked.  How can I get it to a point where I can play games like pubg on more than 30 fps on low and without stuttering.
