Hello, some time ago I started to notice that playing Fortnite had stuttering, I thought about trying other games, in Rocket League I did not have stuttering but in CS: GO yes, the screen froze for a second or less every so often, like in Fortnite.
It has reached a point where I can not stand it anymore and sometimes I lag at important moments so it is very annoying.
My PC:
GTX 1060 6GB
I5 6400k
8GB RAM DDR3
SSD (Fortnite in)
PSU 650 W REAL
The drivers are all updated with Driver Booster.

I do not know exactly the name of my PSU, I know it's Sentey 650 W real.
On my ram, it's DDR3, not DDR4.
He monitored my gpu and cpu with msi afterburner, here is a catch.
He noticed that the screen freezes because the fps go down a lot so the frametime increases.
