IPlease help me

I am looking for a guide for creating my own windows 10 ISO with preinstalled programs

A simple google search would have helped you :). http://techgenix.com/building-custom-windows-10-image/

Basically using sysprep, this isn't installed via an ISO though, but using a Windows PE enviroment and deploying from your created .WIM file.

Keep in mind some applications I have encountered will prevent the system from successfully deploying the image, mostly AV software though.

If i installed msoffice 2016 then used SysPrep, the msoffice 2016 will be included in the iso?

Again it is not an ISO, but a .WIM file that needs to be deployed via WinPE software.
