Computer freezes when playing games

Hello, 

Today I was playing Overwatch, when out of nowhere, my computer froze, and weirdly coloured bars appeared. I troubleshooted by playing other games, but the problem persisted. My temps are pretty low, the gpu sits at around 75, and cpu around 70, at load. I replaced thermal paste on my cpu recently and didn't have any problems.

16gb ddr3 ram

The weird colored bars make me think it's a GPU issue. Did you try updating your drivers and everything? Just in case, if you have another GPU lying around, try using that one and see if the problem persists. If not, check if you RAM is seated properly.
