Hey, I need some help deciding what to do with my rig. I have a high-end PC purely for gaming. I am experiencing lag in games that I believe should be running at well over 100 fps, such as World of Warcraft and Rainbow Six: Siege. The specs:

GPU - TITAN X Pascal

CPU - Intel Core i7-6700K 4.00GHZ

RAM - 32 GB DDR4

SSD - 128 GB (68.9 GB free)

HDD - 1 TB (472 GB free)

Motherboard - MSI  B150M PRO-D (MS-7996)

Cooling - Liquid

Monitor - Predator X34

I really don't know what the problem could be, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

1. The games that I am experiencing lag in are World of Warcraft and Rainbow Six.

2. In WoW my game lags during large-scale multiplayer content and in Rainbow Six it has heavy lag spikes seemingly at random.

3. See Image attatched

4. I have verified my game files as of writing this.

5. Both games are exclusively multiplayer but the lag is frame drop and not latency issues.

While you are all here I actually have another problem as well. I'm on Windows 10 (64 bit) and I cannot type into my Windows search bar. I have no idea what the problem is and I have no idea where it came from. Thanks in advanced!
