Help needed with upgrading gaming PC

So I am not a total newbie with PC's, but I ran into a problem while thinking what to upgrade next.

 

Current PC

GTX 1060 6Gb

i5 6500

2x4Gb ddr 2133Mhz

H110M-A

...

 

So I am thinking if I should wait for Volta and upgrade my GPU for 1070 equivalent (1170) or should I choose 8600k with a new MOBO and 16Gb ram?

 

My goal is to play PUBG at as close to 144 fps as possible, even in competative scenarios at 1080p.

 

I've heard that PUBG is both CPU and GPU heavy.

 

(Budget €550-€600)

Your going to need to get a new motherboard to match for your new cpu if your getting a 1070 equivalent. I would recommend getting a new Mobo and cpu with your graphics card
