What should I do from here?

My question is at 1440p I dont know if its the cpu or gpu that is letting me down?

 

Cpu: Ryzen 1700x

Ram: 16Gb Corsair vegence 2800 Mh

Motherboard: Asus Crosshair 6

Gpu: EVGA SC+ 980 ti

and 710 for the second monitor (old 1440x900)

(710 has helped boost my fps in games)

Main monitor 2560x1440p at 60hz

 

Games like World of Tanks, Warframe, GTA 5

World of tanks has the worst time trying to stay at 60 fps.

I get over 90 fps in world of tanks at medium settings with my RX 480 and R5 1600.

Maybe its not the hardware.

Try updating/reinstalling your graphics drivers.

 

Also im not too sure about that 980ti and 710 config.

I have updated my driver a few time over the last few months but that hasn't worked.

When I had my 6800k (before the motherboard and cpu died) I had 100 Fps at max setting
