terraria crashes

my game wont open in says "running" in steam and after that "sync cloud" 
any idea how to fix this ?

running windows 10
hardware:
i5-3570k
msi 1070

has it been open on that system before?

have you tried verifying the integrity of the game files?

i played it before i have around 100 hours in it on this system but didn't play it for a long time.

i tried that and even installed it on differed drives and i repaired the program that normally installed when you start the game

what sort of psu are you running?
