So I haven't yet experimented with the AMD APUs, I was just wondering as I can't find any documentation about it: are the different APU's GPU side of different power? Like on Intel CPUs, the iGPU's on better models are more powerful. Or are all AMD CPUs the same in terms of iGPU?

Just wondering if when making a small box if there's going to be any iGPU side difference between an FX6300 and an 8350.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

I'm not expert or anything... But here you have all the Desktops APUs models with the number of cores, clock speed, model of the Radeon HD iGPU and the clock speed of the iGPU

None of them can drive RAM better than 1866 mhz? What the balls. I spent so long trying to find a micro-ATX AMD motherboard that supported 2000 lol -.-

Maybe I'll just wait for Intel Haswell.

They can drive RAM faster than 1866, it just doesn't say it. If you look at the Intel spec list it says that they support up to 1600Mhz. Yet on Z77 the boards and CPUs can run 3000Mhz.

Just so you know - the 6300 and 8350 are FX cpus, this means that they don't have an iGPU as they aren't APUs. If you want an APU, go for the Trinity line up, distinguished by the prefix "A10-XXXX".

Yeah I noticed. I probably won't bother then. That line seems to be too weak to bother with CPU-side. Haswell better be great! :)

Yeah i agree - Haswell's IGPU performance is meant to be dramatically increased over the pretty lack luster IB.
