So I've made a computer for my dad using my old hardware (i5 4670, Gigabyte B85M-D3H, 8 GB of some cheap ram) and added a 350W Silentium PC PSU and 120GB SSD. The problem began when i started installing Windows 10 from a pendrive with Windows Instalaltor from Microsoft page. The PC didn't recognize any USB device, so after a while i connected the SSD to my main computer and installed Windows there. After the installation finished i pluged the SSD to dPC (dad's PC) and it worked fine.
After a few days the dPC stopped recognizing USB devices and it had to be restarted around 3-5 times to work. Later it had to be restarted around 10 times to work, but in BIOS it worked perfectly every time. Now nothing helps it and I can't even get into the BIOS. I've tried everything that the internet suggested but nothing worked.

Also the USB 3.0 isn't connected to the front panel beacuse one of the pins is broken.
