Floureon BM-800

I need some recommendations. I baught the Floureon BM-800 when it was on sale for 6 bucks thought I could get my feet wet with xlr mics. I know I need a phantom power supply witch I will be ordering this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KAPGLQC/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_tdVyBbC08F944. My question is do I need a dac to run this into my computer then or can I get an xlr to 3.5 mic input? 

Any help would be appreciated

I'd honestly recommend getting an Audio interface like the Focusrite scarlet solo or the BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UM2. They will give you the phantom power you  need and also provide a proper interface for the xlr mic. I do not recommend using an XLR to 3.5mm adapter unless absolutely necessary.
