USB Flash Drive Dead?

Right so I was formatting a USB drive and for some reason it failed. However, now I can't get it to work. it shows up in device manager but not in file explorer and yes, it has a letter assigned. In disk management, it shows up as disk 2 but says no media and doesnt even show unallocated space. I also attempted to use CMD to clean it but didnt work. Please help.
