So, I was launching Darksiders 2 the other day, and on first boot it went into Fullscreen at 4K even though my screen is 1080p. But I had noticed that before so I didn't think much of it. But as a result of that, Windows 10 prompted to help me make my text less blurred, but I chose to ignore it and chose the "Never ask me again" option. It was only after a few hours that I noticed the text on my other display were a little blurred. But I didn't know how to fix it so I decided to live with it for the time being.

Now a few days ago, soon as I launched No Man's Sky - I alt-tabbed to Nahimic in order to change my audio mode the RPG. And as a result of that Alt-Tabbing, the NMS window would not be in focus when it launched. But something weird happened and for some reason my entire Task Bar was taking up the whole display. I hovered over the start button (Now hanging in the middle of the screen instead of it's usual place) and the little highlight effect was running the entire length of the screen instead of it's small square. I just closed NMS through the Task Manager and everything on the main display went back to normal.

However, that event worsened the blur on the other display. And today the same thing happened with NMS not being in focus, and the blur is worse that it already was. So that's the summary of how I came about this issue, and here's my question - How do I make that blur go away? I'll include some camera shots to show what the blur looks like. TBH I don't even know if I should call it a blur, cuz it's not actually blurred, everything just looks like it was going at high speed and braked really hard, except they're doing it constantly. I was gonna use Snip-Tool but it wouldn't catch the blur.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yea, that screen is VGA, but I am using an HDMI to VGA convertor because my GPU doesn't have a VGA port.

That is the issue, you need to switch to a digital interface like DVI or HDMI. Does your screen only have VGA?

Yes, only VGA. It's a 12 yr old Monitor so...

Only thing you can do is try a different converter and VGA cable then, you may get higher quality from a different unit.
